Acquisition built around your payback
Every app has a payback window: the number of days in which a cohort must return its acquisition cost. We design the campaign backwards from it — which GEOs can hit the target cost per valuable user, which formats reach them, which billable event predicts revenue early enough to optimize against. A casual game optimizing day-7 ROAS and a trading app optimizing first deposits need different source mixes, different creatives and different measurement windows; a platform that treats them identically wastes both budgets.
The source mix we buy
Our own in-app ad network supplies the core inventory: banners, interstitials, rewarded video and playables inside other mobile apps, with direct placement-level control. Around it we add push for velocity tests and retargeting-style re-engagement, native for story-driven funnels, and vetted DSP lanes for scale bursts. Every source — ours included — is filtered for fraud before your tracker sees it and scored weekly on post-install value. Sources that stop paying get cut; sources that hold economics get budget.
Reporting you can audit
UA partnerships fail on information asymmetry: the network knows more than the advertiser. We invert it. You get source-level reporting — spend, installs, billable events and downstream quality markers per placement — the same table our buyers optimize from. Attribution lives in your MMP, rejection rules are agreed before spend, and weekly syncs turn the report into decisions: what scales, what dies, what gets rebuilt.
