Offer brief template
A professional brief gets your offer evaluated in hours instead of weeks of back-and-forth. This template contains every field a media buying team needs to decide on your offer: copy it, fill it in, and submit it through the form — or use it with any partner.
How to use this template
Fill every field you can — incomplete briefs are the main reason offers stall in evaluation. The fields that decide everything: the exact billable event and its validation, your target GEOs with licensing status, the payout model with your unit economics, and your approve rate history if you have it. If a field does not apply, write 'not applicable' rather than leaving it empty — it shows the omission is deliberate. Terms are discussed individually after the brief; nothing here commits either side.
What happens after you submit
The brief goes to the buying team, who assess fit and economics: whether the vertical and GEOs work, whether the payout supports the media cost, and what the pilot structure should be. You get a reply through your messenger with either a pilot proposal — KPI terms, caps, tracking setup — or a direct explanation of what does not work and why. No offer runs before terms are agreed in writing on both sides.
FAQ
Q.Why do buyers need a brief at all?
Because every CPA decision — payout feasibility, GEO fit, pilot structure — depends on facts only you have: your economics, licensing, validation cycle and approve rate. A complete brief replaces weeks of questions.
Q.What is the most important field?
The KPI definition: the exact billable event and how it is validated. Everything else — payout, caps, hold — is negotiated around it.
Q.Do I need a tracking platform before submitting?
Ideally yes: Keitaro, Everflow, Affise, TUNE, CAKE, Binom, RedTrack or your own postback setup. If you have none yet, say so in the brief — we will tell you what a minimal reliable setup looks like.
Q.Should I share my approve rate?
Yes, honestly. Payout economics are calculated against it; an inflated number surfaces in the pilot and destroys trust. A real number gets you realistic terms from day one.
Q.What if I do not know my payout level yet?
Give your unit economics — what a validated conversion is worth to you — instead. The payout discussion starts from there; we assess feasibility rather than guessing numbers.
Q.Is anything in the brief binding?
No. The brief starts the evaluation; commercial terms — payout, caps, hold, validation rules — are agreed in writing separately before any traffic runs.
Q.Can I use this template with other networks?
Yes. The fields are what any professional buyer or affiliate network asks for. A good brief is portable.
Q.What about licensed verticals?
State your license status per GEO in the brief. Offers in regulated verticals are evaluated only where licensing permits; we do not run traffic where promotion is prohibited.
